Returns, Refunds, and Warranties Policy

3. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon receipt:

  • Perishable goods (e.g food, flowers, certain cosmetics).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital products/downloads where access has been granted (e.g., software keys, e-books).
  • Health and personal care items once the seal is broken (for hygiene reasons).

These exceptions are permitted under Nigerian law where the nature of the product makes return impractical.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Navigate to your "Orders" and select the relevant order.
  3. Click the "Request Return" button and fill out the online form, providing details of the item if it is damaged or defective.
